Chef Natasha Pogrebinsky is a critically acclaimed chef who has been profiled by The New York Times, Village Voice, Edible New York, Edible Cleveland, Vogue, and many others for her innovative takes on Eastern European cuisine.  She was the co-owner of the critical darling Bear restaurant in NYC before moving back to her hometown of Cleveland to work at the HUB.  Chef Pogrebinsky is dedicated to serving healthy and delicious food.

If you're in a hurry and need a freshly prepared meal by our highly trained staff overseen by our professional chef then you are in luck.  Our Marketplace sells healthy meals such as sandwiches, salads, and heat-and-eat dinners.  We are also expanding to sell unique grocery products such as pastas, oils, jams, breads, pickled and deli items.

SPACE RENTAL

Our beautiful cafe is always open for rentals.  Our large open space and large windows are ideal for corporate settings, classes, parties, and memorable events.   We will work with you to make sure that your event is memorable and our kitchen staff can assist with any catering options you may need.

Cafe55 offers a fantastic catering menu for all occasions.  Whether your office needs daily lunches and breakfast spreads, or hot buffets for your special corporate or family event, our dedicated team will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.

Seeking someone who is available part-time or full-time, working between 6:30am and 3:30pm, Tuesday-Friday.  Experience using POS system, espresso machine, and basic coffee shop duties.

 

LINE-COOK

Full-time/Part-time

 

Seeking someone that is dedicated, driven, and a hard-worker.  Has experience working on the line, handling grills, ovens, stoves. Knife skills a plus.  Willing to learn.
